About the team:
The main purpose of this role is to lead in the creation and implementation of a Commercial Transformation RTC strategy that prioritizes value generation of our RTC using wide experience and knowledge of the Mexico market and WHS ecosystem in the accurate diagnosis, development and implementation to increase distribution, market share and POS execution.
About the role:
The key responsibility is to develop & implement the next Diageo Mexico's RTC model analyzing best options by sales channel and region, co-creating scalable strategic partnerships, new distribution options, with a high focus on the implementation plan to assure the transformation occurs.
In addition, driving performance of Fragmented Distribution Partners focusing on growing reach (horizontal growth) and vertical depth (execution) focusing on main KPI´s as Sellout, Coverage, Share, Execution, GM%, Investments rates, while also building commercial capabilities in our partners.
Role Responsibilities:
- Optimize distribution model to meet the targets that make us reach our ambition of volume, value and distribution.
- Develop Execution models for new RTC / New channels
- Assure effective implementation and tracking of the rights important metrics
- Clear communication and negotiation of strategies with actual and new partners.
- Develop along with supporting areas sell and category growth tools in all the trade.
- Diagnosis and action to guarantee harmony between the sub-channels growing Sales, share and Profit
- Operational: logistics and operational cost savings opportunities.
- Contribute to develop of commercial policies appropriate to the market and defend our policies during negotiations, aligned with our values, principles and processes.
- Drive main metrics of Distribution Partners: SO, SI, Share, Coverage, Execution, GM%, Investment
- Drink IQ, Be an ambassador of our Responsible Consumption agenda
- High influence on CMO, Mkt, Finance, Supply
Experience / skills required:
Experience:
- Distributor Management, Account Management, Field Sales operation (preferably experience with the Coca-Cola or Brewery system). at least 8 years
- Planning long-term and operational planning (Annual Business planning), cascaded in a JBP/CBP
- Best- in- class internal and external management routines
- Business Modeling scaling
- OBBPC (portfolio, pricing and promotion strategy and management)
