The role of the Culture and Entertainment Manager will be acting as the guardian of the assigned brand(s) or category with a culture-at-the-center vision: developing strategies to embed our brands in culture, ensuring the right people, with the right message, with the right KOLS at the moments which intersect with what consumers care about ensuring driving relevancy and talkability aligned with the brand's DNA and strategy
Functional Responsibilities
- Shape the cultural plans to increase talkability by ensuring our brands build real connections with consumers in culture at scale.
- Lead the agenda in setting the cultural strategies, partnering with agencies and other relevant key players to identifying cultural opportunity spaces and shape the cultural narratives, joined up with brilliant media plans and content development.
- Lead & orchestrate Local cultural tentpoles including identifying / designing, leading, and implementing events.
- Oversees Experiential Marketing to support the culture strategies with full support of Brand teams according to the Cultural tentpoles guidelines.
- Develop, own, and nurture a strong influencer and media networks
- Build and lead the strategic construct of cultural calendars- alignment with senior partners.
- Guarantee the amplification of all activation for local impact and consistency through media and influencers
- Lead robust M&E (measurement & evaluation) conversations, transform data into insights and share clear takeaways across the team.
- Work with the team´s Planner and Content Strategist to ensure our cultural tentpoles are truly 360 and data

Experience Required & Qualifications
- 7+ years experience with strong evidence creating breakthrough plans and results by building brands in culture
- Experience in PR/Communications/Culture/Brand management roles
- Sports, Music or Entertainment industries are considered a plus
- Strong Project Management skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
