About the role
Having industry leading commercial systems is a key platform for Diageo to create competitive advantage over the competition. The Commercial Systems team was created in 2016 and forms part of the Global Diageo Business Services (GDBS) and is part of the End 2 End Commercial tower. The team main responsibility is to maintain the main commercial and financial systems for Diageo and work with partnership with the markets to improve the current ways of working, acting like Business Analysts, SME-s. The team is working closely with the GB and Irish markets to drive further improvements, standardization and effectiveness relating to business processes and commercial systems.

Purpose of Role
The role will provide business insight and analytical rigors to support and challenge the delivery of our financial and commercial targets by working closely with stakeholders across the main markets handled by the team.
- Maintain the commercial and financial systems
- Drive process standardization across the markets, seek best practice
- Support / Drive system and process improvements. System and end-user acceptance testing and training
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Work in line with the systems CARM requirements, maintaining strict adherence to established compliance processes (achieving a Satisfactory rating on relevant CARM areas)
About You
- 0- 2 years of experience at multinational company in either Finance or Technical / Development areas (ideally Shared Service center operations)
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Experience in working with integrated systems (SAP, BW, CRM, ...) is desirable
- MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook)
- Good business English, exceptional communication skills
- Hard working personality, flexibility, inquisitiveness, proactivity
- Results orientated and capable of working in a flexible working environment
