RRSP Commercial Finance Analyst

This role will be responsible for supporting the internal Partner Business Review process for the Strategic Partnership Commercial organization. This role will work directly with the business operations team, the partner and product line directors and collaborate cross functionally with sales, commercial, engineering, supply chain, sourcing, and pricing teams. This work will enable a deeper understanding of the performance of GE Partnership agreements compared to the overall GE program profitability and support the restructuring of contracts to re-align the performance if unbalanced. The role will also continuously identify and implement process simplification to establish standard work throughout the processes.

• Implement and document standard work across all discount-sharing recoveries within the Partner contracts.
• Partner with Product Line to identify, quantify and execute discount sharing processes to maximize profitability.
• Work to continuously improve the processes, recommend system improvements and outcomes of the services discounts sharing processes.
• Gain thorough understanding of the material and non-material related discounts portfolio (MSA, business plans, warranties & concessions, distribution, expendables) to understand and identify discount sharing opportunities with the Partners.
• Collaborate with the Discounts COE Leader to incorporate Partnership discount sharing in any new Digital technology implementations.
• Oversee the execution of all discount-sharing recoveries for services.
• Identify gaps (including analysis and quantification) within current processes and incremental discount sharing opportunities within current Partnership contracts.
• Create knowledge expertise across T&C's, discount behaviors & product lines.
• Support analytics and reporting capability for all discount-sharing processes.
• Identify & implement key controls to ensure contracts performing as designed and ensure completeness of all discount- sharing recovery opportunities.
• Has knowledge of best practices and applies them to current processes.
• Uses judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Financial Management Program graduate preferred
