  • Lead finance business partner support to CMO, Marketing and Innovation in order to deliver mission
  • Drive business performance and provide decision support through a mission focused BPM process,

    be embedded in Marketing, providing data led insights, steering the team to always challenge the correct mission focused metrics
  • Understand and drive A&P efficiency/effectiveness
  • Lead A&P performance management
  • Provide the team with detailed information by portfolio including:
  • Competitor analysis in order to monitor performance, drive insights and recommend a response Spend to determine budget adherence and re-prioritization where necessary
  • Rigorous financial support on existing innovation agenda
  • New innovation financial analysis - key drivers of risk, benchmarking with previous innovations, scenario analysis
  • Support overall pricing strategy in conjunction with NRM Manager
