- Develop a strategic roadmap for the Analytics & Governance vertical within the Employee Experience Tower.
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to efficiently communicate data insights.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Employee Experience team, and Business Leaders to identify essential metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct in-depth analysis, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Provide data-driven strategies to optimize HR programs and initiatives.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable reports for customers.

- Bachelor's Degree with 10-12 years of experience in HR Analytics & Governance.
- 5-6 years of experience in HR Analytics, focusing on descriptive to prescriptive reporting.
- Consistent track record of leading and improving Workday Operations and Reporting.
- Experience in Project Management or HR Transformation projects.
- Six Sigma knowledge for process improvement is a plus.
- Experience building a BI platform for regional or global colleagues.
- Proficiency in HR tools like Workday HCM, ServiceNow, Avature, etc.
- Data Analytics & Visualization:
Proficiency in crafting insightful reports and dashboards. - Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics:
Ability to extend analysis beyond descriptive insights. - Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:
