The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
The functional business analyst performs a critical role on the program, supporting both product management and testing. This role will engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze issues or requirements and assist developers in mapping those capabilities to solutions that leverage existing or planned functionality. This role requires the ability to analyze business and technical questions and identify paths to resolution. The Functional Business Analyst will also write test scripts (manual and automated) and conduct (manual and automated) regression testing, integration testing, smoke testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key business stakeholders. The Analyst ensures that all products are built in accordance with defined acceptance criteria. The Analyst also tests functionality for Section 508 accessibility and browser compatibility (with an emphasis on external audiences).
Requirements:
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification
- Ability to analyze business and technical questions and identify paths to resolution
- Demonstrated experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather/analyze issues or requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
- Demonstrated experience performing configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
- Demonstrated experience designing advanced Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views and business process automation (using out-of-box capabilities)
- Demonstrated experience performing automated testing, regression testing, system testing and developing/maintaining testing
- Must be a US Citizen eligible for a clearance.
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred:
- BS/BA in related field (Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering preferred)
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct work experience supporting configuration of functional analysis for application(s) hosted on the Salesforce Force.com platform
- Active Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud certification
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Demonstrated experience with VisualForce, HTML, Javascript and CSS and their applicability within Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience maintaining, enhancing and creating workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment
- Demonstrated experience managing new releases of Salesforce.com and efficiently implementing new features
- Demonstrated experience in Excel for data manipulation and complex custom reports
- Demonstrated experience using JIRA to manage user stories and a product backlog
- Demonstrated experience with test automation tools such as Provar, Sauce Labs
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000.00 to $130,000.00.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
