Work You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the Deloitte team, client lead, and state staff to plan and deliver core activities and related communications products for clients.
  • Use the existing Communications Plan and various audience analyses (e.g. Impacted Group Matrix) to develop and update key products for internal and external audiences, including but not limited to web copy, factsheets, briefings, social cards, and more.
  • Gather and synthesize information and materials to draft key messages and audience-specific copy based on the Trust Campaign's overall vision and content strategy.
  • Recommend ways to improve communications strategies, tactics, and tools over time based on feedback from internal and external audiences and leveraging best practices from Deloitte's Strategic Communications Community of Practice, and resources through Knowledge Exchange.
  • Write and copy-editing for both business and plan language content

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in Communications role
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
