Deloitte University Strategy, Innovation & Experience (SIE) Lead Specialist
Key Role Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join the DU Strategy, Innovation, & Experience Team (SIE) as we curate the guest experience of Deloitte University, the cultural home of Deloitte.
The Deloitte University SIE Lead Specialist will primarily be responsible for supporting the development, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives and projects at DU that are critical to maintaining what differentiates DU from any other office or venue. Additionally, the Lead Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams at DU and the Firm to drive collaboration.
DU project efforts are frequently evolving based on the US firm priorities and the global DU experience model standards. The Deloitte University SIE Lead Specialist will be expected to step into a fluid role where there will be opportunities to lead, support, and advise on a variety of strategic projects in both our current and expanded campus. The Lead Specialist will need to be a strong communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and be able to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholder relationships with confidence.

Job Responsibilities:
Support DU Strategy Innovation & Experience team projects -
- Contribute to the development, planning, piloting and implementation of new and existing team projects including but not limited to Mobile App, Expansion Efforts, and Purpose and Culture initiatives.
- Support DU Innovation and Experience leaders and other team members to help drive execution of various team projects and deliverables.
Partner closely with cross-functional DU team leaders -
- Collaborate with DU leaders from various teams, including but not limited to: DU Operations, Communications, ITS, Meeting and Event Services, Talent, Real Estate, and Client Experience to maintain a differentiated guest experience at DU
- Seek to identify and implement process improvement opportunities across multiple projects and various DU teams
- Assist in measuring the overall impact of Deloitte University SIE investments for our firm, communities, and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in change management, project management, product management, strategy and operations, human capital or related areas
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- This role requires a local DFW person as onsite work is required in Deloitte University in Westlake, TX 3 out of 5 days of the week minimum.
An Ideal Candidate will Possess:
- Ability to think strategically and tactically with a consultative mindset.
- Strong communication and delivery skills.
- Aptitude for data analysis from multiple sources to discern patterns and frame compelling recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders while maintaining focus on outcomes and/or removing barriers.
- Ability to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues.
- Self-starter with the ability to proactively define objectives, adapt to changing priorities, prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously to produce deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to work cross-functionally, preferably in a fast-moving or global industry.
- Familiarity with SmartSheets preferred
