You will lead multiple development teams and collaborate with partners to map and support their operational needs. You will be an integral member of the DT - US team, and will be developing, distributing, supporting, and integrating standard methodologies and technology standards into enterprise applications to support Deloitte's business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT management, planning, architecture and design, engineering, deployment, operations, and maintenance of enterprise-wide solutions delivery and the product portfolio.
  • Lead and motivate delivery teams to deliver solutions with user-captivating experiences through rich visualization and Agile / SAFe development.
  • Plan and lead stages of related projects and how each affects the business, to include approving costs, timelines, and standards to be met, and monitoring these through each project.
  • Build 'trusted advisor' relationships with senior business leaders, as well as foster collaboration between technology teams.
  • Define technical evaluation criteria and participate in product selection for technology architecture domains. Resolve technical approaches at a directional level and ensure all major technical decisions result in a coherent systems design.
  • Foster support and product roadmap relationships with application vendors and handle and communicate upgrades and updates.
  • Develop annual strategy, budgets, work plans, and project schedules in partnership various collaborative partners. Maintain comprehensive budget and staff management plans, which will include full time US employees, India staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • You will prepare financial reports and forecasts and other ad-hoc financial analysis as requested.

Deloitte Solutions & Engineering

Deloitte Solutions & Engineering is the internal software and applications development team responsible for delivering leading-edge technologies to Deloitte professionals. Their broad portfolio includes web and mobile productivity tools that empower our people to log expenses, enter timesheets, book travel and more, anywhere, anytime. Deloitte Solutions & Engineering enables our client service professionals through a comprehensive suite of applications across the business lines. In addition to application delivery, Deloitte Solutions & Engineering offers full-scale design services, a robust mobile portfolio, cutting-edge analytics, and innovative custom development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience within professional services and experience in an Agile/SAFe software development organization.
  • Minimum of 1 year in project management or people leadership role.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • SAFe certified.
  • Experience with AWS services including (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, EC2, S3, Lambda, and Elastic Beanstalk).
  • Experience in maintaining integrity, accountability, transparency and quality in governance, performance, and reporting activities.
  • Deep understanding of the latest technology, market, and industry trends.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (SAFe, Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other).
  • Experience in cloud applications delivery.
  • Experience working with business sponsors, product owners and development teams to define requirements and lead scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle.
  • Expertise in leading the delivery of mid-to-large technology solutions.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $210,600
