Position Summary
Business Program Specialist - Digital (Office of Strategic Initiatives)
As a Business Program Specialist within the Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI), you will support Green Dot initiatives related to technology transformation, business process redesign, cultural transformation, strategic realignments, and workforce optimizations for various business units and corporate functions.
What You'll Do
Stakeholder Communication and Management:
- Assist in communication with stakeholders for Green Dot projects and operational activities within Business Services & Finance & Administration.
- Help prepare and maintain project and operational documentation for stakeholders.
- Support building relationships with customers at all levels to ensure effective service delivery.

Project Management and Coordination:
- Assist in organizing project meetings to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and milestones.
- Identify and report project and operational risks and issues for timely resolution.
- Support process evaluations to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical and Business Alignment:
- Assist with translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with your OSI Manager, Deloitte Technology, FA Transformation, and other Enabling Areas on AI solutions and emerging technology initiatives to ensure OSI remains informed of the latest advancements in the AI space.
Team Support:
- Provide support to project team members as needed.
- Assist with training to facilitate the adoption of new technologies, processes, or systems.
The Team
Our team, in partnership with our Business Services stakeholders, Deloitte Technology partners, and FA Transformation, leads the strategic development, design, configuration, and implementation of technology and reporting solutions to enhance the office and workplace experience, and optimize productivity.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
- Ability to manage tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Basic project management experience.
- Experience developing visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred:
- Internship or 0-3 years of related experience in corporate, customer-centric environment.
- Interest in emerging technologies, a passion for exploring the latest AI technology and trends and brainstorming their application in business environment.
- Basic understanding of Power BI and Tableau.
- Interest in change management and process improvement.

This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $57,200 - $105300
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
