Work you'll do

You will work with clients in helping them understand the Zero Trust framework and developing actionable approaches for adoption. You will be expected to manage engagements related to assessing, strategizing, designing, and implementing cyber security capabilities related to the core pillars of Deloitte's Zero Trust framework: Identities, Workloads, Data, Networks, and Devices as well as supporting capabilities of Telemetry & Analytics and Automation & Orchestration.

Additional projects may include:

  • Cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud strategy, migration, and security
  • Network security, segmentation, micro-segmentation strategy, design, and implementation
  • Assist clients with the adoption of modern network infrastructure capabilities (i.e., Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN), Software-Defined Perimeter (SDP), Software-Defined Networks (SDN), visibility fabric, etc.)
  • Conduct cybersecurity assessments based on leading frameworks (i.e., National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity (CSF), Zero Trust, etc.)
  • Assist with go to market strategies with leading ecosystem & alliance partners to create innovative and differentiated solutions that can increase market share.
  • Manage design, implementation, configuration, and integration of security products from leading vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, ZScaler, Illumio, Guardicore, Akamai, Fortinet, Netskope, Google, Amazon AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, Qualys, Nessus, Tufin, Proofpoint, Check Point, etc.

Deloitte Advisory's Cyber Risk team helps complex organizations more confidently pursue their growth, innovation and performance agendas through proactive management of the associated cyber risks. Our professionals provide advisory and implementation services that integrate risk, regulatory, and technology skills to help clients transform their legacy programs into proactive Secure.Vigilant.Resilient.TM cyber risk programs. Required:

  • 5+ years of information security and controls experience (NIST, ISO, etc.)
  • 5+ years of Network security, segmentation, micro-segmentation strategy, design, and implementation
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience implementing one of the following: Palo Alto Networks, ZScaler, Illumio, Guardicore, Akamai, Fortinet, Netskope
  • BA/BS in information technology, business administration, or related field
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Prior Big 4 or other consulting experience a plus
  • CISSP or CISM
  • Business development, technology solution development, or sales experience a plus
  • Cyber security certifications are a plus (i.e., SANS, CISA, CISM, Palo Alto, ZScaler, Netskope, etc.)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,616 - $240,488.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
