Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Studio Lead in Denver, Colorado and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming to lead information technology projects;
• Managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, prototyping, testing, and defining support procedures, utilizing Figma, Adobe XD, Lucid charts, Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS SharePoint, Selenium, and JMeter;
• Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients, using Jenkins, Confluence, Jira, and Azure DevOps;
• Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders' discussions, data, and trend analysis, using BI Dashboards, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloudwatch, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, and LogRocket;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using Confluence, Jira, Lucid charts, and MS Visio;
• Managing business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing Jira and Azure DevOps;
• Leading development, testing, and deployment, utilizing Sitecore, .Net, React, Angular, Unity3D, SQL, NoSQL databases, Azure, and AWS;
• Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope, using change management processes, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, and LogRocket methodologies.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $137,700.00-$229,500.00
