As a Lead Consult Partner, your ability to proactively hunt for sales opportunities and deliver value-driven consulting services will be pivotal in driving profitable growth. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic client engagement skills, and the ability to build enduring relationships with CXO-level clients. Your expertise in consulting and business development will empower you to lead impactful engagements and foster innovation within the organization.

Your core focus will be on identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities while ensuring high-quality client deliverables. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to drive financial outcomes, facilitate post-deal implementation plans, and lead execution efforts. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to create financial impact, contribute to client outcomes, and inspire your team.
This role reports directly to the Director of the Practice (below Vice President level) and works hand in hand with a Technical Consult Partner and a large team to support.
Contribute to Profitable Growth:
- Drive significant financial outcomes by meeting signings and revenue targets.
- Ensure sustained growth and profitability by managing margin expectations and backlog growth.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities with a proactive sales-driven approach.
- Lead scoping and fee negotiation processes, balancing profitability with risk management.
Client Engagement:
- Build and commercialize strong relationships with client CXOs, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Lead consulting initiatives and C-level client interactions, delivering impactful outcomes on deal engagements.
- Demonstrate consulting expertise to advise and execute complex projects across industries.
- Enhance client satisfaction as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and establish new relationships for future growth.
Operational Excellence:
- Achieve individual and team utilization targets by overseeing the design and delivery of complex consulting engagements.
- Ensure high performance and customer satisfaction through meticulous execution and oversight.
Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid sales experience in hunting for and commercializing new business opportunities and selling projects
- Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
- Track record of leading and executing complex consulting projects across industries, especially banking, insurance, manufacturing.
- Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, drive change, and deliver impactful solutions in network.
- Fluency in German and English.
