Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing SAP WebIDE (Integrated Development Environment), SAP Gateway, Open Data Protocol (OData) Services, and SAP Web Dynpro to drive software development and implementation services of SAP Fiori based applications and SAP Web Dynpro application;
• Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues using Application Link Enabling Intermediate Documents (ALEIDocs), Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) or Batch Data Communication (BDC), Enhancements framework, Object-Oriented framework, Workflow, Web Dynpro ABAP, and S/4 HANA (Suite for HANA);
• Building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Central Component (ECC), and S/4 HANA with 3rd party systems;
• Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), Production Planning (PP), Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), and HANA Studio;
• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form objects utilizing ABAP, AdobeForms, SmartForms, Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, and Object Oriented programming methodology;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing SAP HANA Studio, Eclipse, Fiori UI5, SAP Gateway, HPQC, and Business Server Page (BSP); and
• Performing product life cycle management design and development using SAP Order-To-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-To-Report (R2R), Production Planning (PP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Advanced Planning Optimization (APO), and ABAP.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
