Position Summary

As an Analyst, you'll work on a fast-paced project supporting a high priority client. You will provide comprehensive support and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of program activities by effectively managing tasks, schedules, and administrative needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain complex schedules for key program leaders, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and adherence to critical deadlines
  • Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up tasks for various meetings and initiatives
  • Provide clear and concise daily and weekly updates on the program's schedule, priorities, and commitments
  • Use advanced task management tools to efficiently assign tasks, track progress, collect information, and compile data
  • Prepare documents and presentations for the program, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines
  • Obtain approvals in a timely manner while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential roadblocks
  • Provide proactive and resourceful support with administrative and personnel duties, anticipating needs and taking initiative
  • Gather all necessary materials and prepare comprehensive agendas for meetings
  • Take detailed and accurate minutes, capturing key decisions, action items, and next steps
  • Review, edit, and update operational instructions, tasks, records, correspondence, and presentations
  • Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with supervisors, colleagues, and external contacts
  • Effectively manage communication flow within the program, ensuring timely information exchange and seamless collaboration

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding administrative office environment
