Work you'll do
As an Audit & Assurance Senior Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business, the risks they face and their internal controls. You'll use our cutting-edge audit tools and technology. Other responsibilities will include:

- Audit areas of the client financial statements, including transactions and internal controls
- Perform analysis on client data and document testing procedures performed
- Leverage artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, data visualizations
- Utilize innovation tools to assess client data
- Provide excellent timely client service, deliver high quality work and strengthen client relationships
- Effectively work in a virtual and team environment
- Work independently on multiple assignments or engagements simultaneously

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 1+ years of experience in public accounting
- Must meet minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure (which may differ from the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam) in the state of your assigned office location prior to beginning employment
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in accounting or related field
- Hold active US CPA in the state in which your home office will be located prior to beginning employment
- Experience with a regional or Big 4 accounting firm preferred
- Understanding of broad business & technical (GAAP) knowledge
- Potential for extensive travel
