Support Business Analyst
General Purpose of the Job
The Support Business Analyst - Level 2 will analyze the highest-escalated issues in production and begin the process of root cause analysis. This involves reviewing functional specifications and comparing intended behavior with the actual behavior of the application, and the expectations of the end user.
The Support Business Analyst - Level 2 will work with business stakeholders to present findings and guide the prioritization process. In addition, the Support Business Analyst - Level 2 will work with Developers, QA analysts, and Product Managers in aiding troubleshooting and resolution. This role involves detailed analysis of complex technical systems combined with understanding the perspectives of our end users and business stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess the risks of applications issues and documents the impact of issues from the perspective of end users, data integrity, and other criteria.
- System & functional requirements review: reviews issues affecting IT applications in order to determine if the behavior matches what is intended in the requirements, makes recommendations for updates to existing requirements based on technical review.
- Root cause analysis, including but not limited to: recreating issues for troubleshooting, analyzes the system architecture, code, and data.
- Communication with business and project stakeholders.
- Functions as the liaison between clinical business partners and development resources.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4-6 years' experience in business analyst role.

Salary/ Wage Range
$62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
