The Senior Manager, CKD Model of Care, will design and execute initiatives that drive DaVita's value-based strategy for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients. The Senior Manager will help lead the team in developing and executing a multi-year strategic plan to prepare DaVita Integrated Kidney Care to assume full clinical and financial accountability for its CKD patients. This is a high visibility role that will work on scaling high-impact care interventions and designing new innovative capabilities to improve the health and outcomes of our CKD patients.
Types of projects can include:
• Execution of current interventions, including analysis of clinical data, report development, and creation of training & education resources for care teams and physician partners

• Development of business case and roadmap to pilot and test new capabilities or interventions
• Evaluation of partnership opportunities to support the execution of key priorities and overall strategic plan
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategy and project design: Drives the development, pilot, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives or projects to strengthen our CKD care model, developed in partnership with senior leadership.
• Strategy and project execution: Translates broader goals and objectives into measurable deliverables/targets and timelines. Creates and maintains a management process for progressing work activities in the project
• Performance management: Guides the team to analyze, interpret, and summarize clinical, financial, and operational outcomes and performance metrics, providing recommendations and/or solutions to key issues
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to convey research and analyses to senior leaders
• Teamwork: Works collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners for insight generation, planning, and implementation of your scope and other common priorities.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in people management (required)
• Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams such as operations, finance, clinical, and compliance (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare management, patient experience or process design/innovation, or similar
• Strongly preferred to have demonstrated expertise in healthcare strategy-particularly with value-based care strategy and/or operations
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and analytic capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office products
Travel and other requirements:
• Limited travel required (10-15%)
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
