Job Title: FP&A Senior Analyst, Finance - National Hospital Services
Location: Denver, CO
Work Schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday (with some flexibility as needed)
Finance FP&A Senior Analyst
DaVita is seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join the National Hospital Services team. The Senior Financial Analyst will spearhead strategic financial planning and analysis and financial modeling initiatives related to dialysis treatment volume and revenue for the business. This role reports to the Manager of Finance for Hospital Services.

Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Analysis:
- Create business recommendations informed by data-driven analysis of treatment volume and revenue to support the decision-making process.
- Connect business results with how they might impact our financial performance in the future and communicate these potential impacts to leadership and cross-functional peers.
- Lead treatment volume and revenue budgeting and forecasting exercises informed by historical results, future indicators and feedback from operational field leaders.
- Builds and owns sophisticated financial models for treatment volume and revenue, partnering with operational, financial, and clinical leaders to develop accurate forecasts.
- Produce detailed treatment volume and revenue analyses of our financial results and develop reporting packages to enable efficient communication of results to leaders in Finance and Operations.
- Regularly present models, findings, and research to Director+ leadership
- Partner with internal and cross-functional leaders and peers on treatment volume and revenue
- Provide support and training for operational business leaders to build financial acumen and drive accountability
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, accounting, consulting, or a related financial role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or a related industry.
- Quick learner with strong curiosity to figure out and solve complex problems with systems, processes and data
- Experience executing core FP&A processes, including annual budgeting, long-term strategic planning, and enterprise communications preferred, but not required.
- Highly fluid with financial modelling; advanced in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills including written, oral and presentation
- Excellent time and resource management abilities
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience with industry standard financial systems preferred (i.e., Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with Revenue and Volume reporting

$62,000.00 - $104,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
