Senior Manager, Transformation - People Services

As a Senior Manager, Transformation, you will support the development and execution of key transformational initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth and operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.

The following are typical activities for the Senior Manager of Transformation on DaVita's People Services team:

  • Lead key transformation programs and initiatives that align with the organization's long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives across various business units.
  • Manage program planning and execution, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Engage with stakeholders across functions to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.
  • Support change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and initiatives.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies across the organization.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct performance analysis and develop dashboards to track the progress of transformation efforts.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  • Ensure program success through effective risk management, removing barriers, and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Report regularly on program progress, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of business cases for future transformation initiatives, providing detailed data analysis and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve buy-in for transformational change.
  • Monitor external trends and industry innovations to identify new opportunities for transformation.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in transformation, program management, or operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience influencing leadership teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
