The Manager of IKC Program Management position will function as a strategic advisor, providing expertise on operational inputs for our business development initiatives. IKC is rapidly growing and a key part of this role will be overseeing the strategic alignment of future growth to our operating model. This role will report into IKC's Program Management team, which oversees programmatic success across all product lines and will also drive special projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operations Adviser to Business Development and Growth Strategy
- Develop processes and codify perspectives to ensure clinical and operational success is properly factored into contract negotiations, quality metric construction, and deal modeling
- Collaborate with leaders across DaVita IKC to develop strategic perspective on growth priorities in the Commercial space
- Balance the needs of payer and physician stakeholders to develop strategic value propositions / products
- Develop and retain a strong team of individuals who are analytical and process-minded but also understand the operational, clinical, and financial aspects of IKC
- Serve as thought and execution partner to the Program Management Vice President in driving cross-program initiatives, tracking on goals / performance, and establishing effective management processes
- Facilitate communication at scale; prepare impactful presentations for a multitude of audiences, including executive leadership
- Facilitate new program launches across all lines of business by driving accountability and appropriate stakeholder management across the dozen+ workstreams involved in launch
- Identify solutions for unique payor needs within launch or closure
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Project management experience; process-minded
- Skilled developer of presentations; proficient in excel analytics
- Experience in Healthcare and Value-based care preferred
- Experience in strategy role like consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or similar role a plus
- Strong executive presence, ability to lead large-scale business strategy projects and leaning into ambiguity
- Expert communicator / influencer who can elevate to executive settings
- Relationship-builder who can navigate a highly complex, matrixed organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High technology aptitude
- Driven with ability to work in a very fast-paced, hard-working, and fun environment

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
