The Manager, Engagement, will be a part of the Practice Engagement lane on Clinical Transformation within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC). The Clinical Transformation team leads DaVita in the transformation of kidney care by enabling care teams to engage patients in reaching their health goals and reducing overall cost to the healthcare system.
Being the Partner of Choice to nephrologist practices allows our care teams to improve the clinical outcomes for our patients and grow this line of business. The Practice Engagement lane seeks to strengthen these practice partnerships through practice collaboration, reporting, technology, innovative care models, etc. This Manager will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of such initiatives.

The Practice Engagement lane is highly visible and works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization, including field operators, clinical, financial, IT, and compliance. The team is made up of highly motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiative Strategy, Project Management, and Execution: Drives the development, pilot, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen practice partnerships and associated clinical outcomes with Director support. Translates broader goals and objectives into measurable deliverables/targets. Creates and maintains a management process for progressing work activities.
- Teamwork: Works collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners for insight generation, planning, and implementation of your scope and other common priorities.
- Business-Driven Communication: Conveys findings to leadership in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights and communicating progress towards goals and results. Builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks.
- People Management: Formerly or informally manages analysts to advance projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Leverages a hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities in partnership with leadership. Maintains a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on crucial details.

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- 4-5 years of experience in healthcare project/program management(required)
- Experience working with Nephrologists (preferred) Physicians (required)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, preventative care models, and/or integrated care models (preferred)

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
