Coordinator, Leadership Development Program

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

DaVita is seeking a Coordinator to join the Redwoods team! This position will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team during fall on campus recruiting (across the country) and summer internship program located in Denver, CO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

Planning and Organizing

  • Manage project plans, invitations, data entry, organization of participant databases, track completion status of tasks, adjust timelines, identify risks and issues
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, presentations, prep calls, and interview debriefs
  • Develop program agendas, schedule presenters, and track updates
  • Plan recruiting and summer program events, and others as assigned
  • Manage shipping and logistics for on campus recruiting events
  • Review school systems for on campus event date requests and communication to students

  • Arrange event logistics including virtual timing/platforms, hotel accommodations, facility management, food and beverage, signage, audio visual support, travel and transportation logistics, shipping and handling, recruiting materials, special needs, printing.
  • Negotiate contracts, serve as on-site or virtual-site contact with service providers and suppliers including hotels, vendors, and speakers.
  • Provide virtual and on-site support for on campus presentations during sessions - room setup, catering, dissemination of materials, and team support
Communications and Reporting
  • Draft and send communications for onboarding, event briefings and logistics for program participants and leadership
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, summarize themes and identify key messages
Team
  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
  • Supports across the portfolio of programs and events as needed
  • Collaborates with the team to execute special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptionally strong (1) organizational and multitasking skills, (2) verbal and written communication skills and (3) continual attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative and proactive, creative problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from start to completion with minimal supervision
  • Ability to possibly work 1-3 hours per day of overtime during busy season
  • Technical skills: savvy with online platforms Microsoft Teams and other virtual project management platforms + Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be trustworthy and be able to keep matters highly confidential
  • Must be able to hold self-accountable for commitments and deadlines.

Salary/ Wage Range
$24.71 - $36.30 / hour
