As an Associate Business Analyst (ROPS) on Team Periscope, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making and operational improvements. This position focuses on performing robust analyses, solving ambiguous problems, and driving innovation to improve revenue outcomes. With guidance from senior team members, you will execute projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analyses to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements across revenue operations
- Assist in developing, managing, and executing project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations in tools like Tableau to support self-service reporting and transparency
- Synthesize findings from quantitative and qualitative data to prove actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate key insights and project outcomes
- Monitor project impacts and provide post-implementation assessments to refine processes and enhance results
- Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and impactful manner
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Experience with revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or operations is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of advanced analytics tools such as Python or R is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail

Salary/ Wage Range
$23.50 - $39.50 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
