We are searching for an experienced Commercial Sales Vice President based in Singapore that has a passion for technology and a solid track record in third line leadership working in a high growth tech environment. You will provide strategy, mentorship and guidance for Commercial Sales leaders and their teams, ultimately furthering the growth of our organization. You should have a consistent track record of building and developing high performance sales teams. This role impacts one of our largest lines of business in the company, ultimately bringing a proven product to a multi billion dollar market.

What You’ll Do:
- Be responsible for achieving new logo and bookings goals for APJ Commercial
- Accurately Forecast new logo and MRR bookings
- Continuously evaluate the sales process, finding sales processes to break into new markets and expand current markets
- Foster an inspiring working environment to attract, retain and develop top talent
- Lead a team of Commercial Sales Directors & Managers
- Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, coaching them to success
- Develop and monitor effective outbound prospecting strategies to increase customer acquisition
- Evaluate trends to identify areas for improvement and surface best-practices
- Cross-collaborate with stakeholder departments to actualize on go-to-market strategies, develop training curriculum, and meet hiring goals
Who You Are:
- Experience managing sale cycles and employees across countries in Asia Pacific and Japan
- 10+ years of hi-tech cycle sales with strong focus in net new logos acquisition
- Managed a high performing sales leadership team for a B2B technology company
- Able to accurately forecast team performance. Determined to meet and exceed sales quotas with a history of success
- Proven in overseeing second line managers in all areas of the sales cycle
- Customer-centric with a strong track record of developing satisfied customers
- Successful in working cross-functionally, leveraging strong organizational and time management expertise
- Motivated by leading a sales team, setting quotas and managing your team against those quotas
- Passionate about coaching others with a successful track record as an individual contributor and can share relevant and complex closing experience with a growing team
- Strong in your communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of developing loyal and satisfied customers
- Successful in working cross-functionally, leveraging strong organizational and time management expertise
- Comfortable and resilient in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail
