The Corporate Finance team is responsible for helping CVS Health understand its cash flows, capital structure, and opportunities for strategic capital deployment. The candidate will work collaboratively with teammates and under direct management supervision to support all aspects of the Corporate Finance team, including running three-financial statement models, projecting cash flow, assessing the strength of CVS's balance sheet, and understanding the impact of capital deployment on value-creation for our stakeholders.The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with Senior Management reporting, including calculating variances and developing commentary, preparation materials and exhibits for quarterly earnings calls, assisting with presentation slides for board of directors meetings, and various ad-hoc requests. Additionally, the candidate will support the administration and execution of capital markets activities, including debt issuances, credit support obligations, share repurchases, and shareholder dividends. The candidate will interact with business partners across CVS Health, including leaders at the Vice President and Executive Director levels, as well as external banking partners, with supervision from the Executive Director.Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support CVS Health balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, including utilizing earnings estimates and business submissions to model working capital needs and project enterprise cash flow
- Utilize various financial tools to populate Excel based models and develop consolidated financial projections
- Determine cash available for strategic capital deployment and shareholder value creation
- Conduct capital structure analysis and estimate rating agency metrics
- Prepare senior management reporting, including quarterly variance analysis, quarterly support packages for earnings calls, and materials for board of director meetings.
- Calculate quarterly variance and develop summary commentary
- Conduct comparison analysis on internal cash flow projections and assist with commentary on drivers of the change for cash flow guidance
- Provide quarterly analysis for earnings calls, develop analysis for hot topic issues and review Treasury-related items in SEC filings
- Assist teammates and manager with creation of and updates to materials for board of director meetings
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis such as competitor analysis, cost of capital, return on invested capital, working capital/payment term efficiency etc.
- Supporting capital markets and capital deployment activities, including administration of debt issuance, share repurchases, shareholder dividends, credit support obligations, and bank lending
- Assist teammates with issuance and administration of credit support obligations related to various business operations, including new requests for proposal bids
- Calculate interest expense impact of new debt issuance and debt tender transactions, including impact of interest rate derivative transactions and amortization of discounts and issuance fees
- Assess impact of share repurchase transactions on weighted average shares and enterprise adjusted earnings per share
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or ITPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience in treasury, cash management, or financial analysis role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems (e.g., S4)
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or ITPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
