Position Summary
The senior manager of meetings and tradeshow position is part of the Corporate Events team, which supports the entire CVS Health organization for events. Our mission is to create and execute innovative brand experiences for our business partners and customers that foster growth, retention and reflect our corporate goals and objectives. This individual will be responsible for managing meetings within the Center of Excellence. Day-to-day, this individual will partner with senior-level business stakeholders to develop meeting/event strategies with focus on delivering best in class events that help influence our constituents, industry and grow our brand. This person will advocate delivery of best-in-class event planning and management to ensure our teams' services are consistent across all projects.

- Work closely with internal business partners across the Enterprise to proactively and effectively integrate events into business plans that help grow our business and achieve desired outcomes.
- Strategically work with internal business partners that are hosting meetings to understand, facilitate and support their goals and objectives for their meetings
- Lead internal business partners and teams to create compelling agendas, customer and employee engagement and influence overall design, ensuring consistent enterprise best practices are leveraged
- Manage projects in support of more challenging business partners, collaborating with the lead director, Corporate Events, as needed
- Identify and escalate operational challenges and work collaboratively to develop solution-based strategies/processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as legal, IT, HR, and marketing to facilitate components of meetings and various needs.
- Partner with procurement on legal contracts, SOW's, LOA's.
- Candidate will work with internal Operations Manager for meeting approvals, tracking, and assigning meetings to third parties
- Oversight and management of event financials, reconciliation, and cost savings documentation
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of meeting management with internal and external customers.
- 3 years working with senior leadership
- Cvent expertise (RFP, website development, overall management, communications, reporting)
- CMP certificate, preferred
- Cvent Certification, preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
