We're looking for a collaborative, strategic-minded and detail-oriented seasoned manager for the Strategy & Operations group in Corporate Affairs.This role will be part of the Corporate Affairs Strategy & Operations group with responsibility for the planning, oversight, and coordination of efforts poised to simplify the way Compliance, CVS Health Communications, Government Affairs and Legal operates, improves processes and experiences with stakeholders, and meets financial requirements for Corporate Affairs. A critical team member in driving governance, process, reporting, and change management that offers significant exposure to business unit, shared services, and corporate leaders.The successful candidate will be a thought partner and resilient with dynamic workloads, competing priorities, and solving complex business problems. We are looking for a strategic thinker that will bring tactical change with the willingness to encourage trust and collaboration among teams while having the ability to serve the enterprise with exceptional data analysis and project management skills.Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic thought partner to the Corporate Affairs Strategy & Operations and the Corporate Affairs leadership team
  • Use a deep understanding of CVS Health strategy, to be a relentless prioritizer bringing thoughtful change and the ability to build transparency and collaboration to integrated efforts across the enterprise
  • Drive activities using strategic, financial and investment principles with consistency and quality
  • Lead significant projects from idea generation to implementation and bring the leadership along through thoughtful change management
  • Develop and refine presentations on behalf of the Office that tell a story, provide clear concepts and translate analytic/financial insights for senior leaders
  • Partner with program and project leaders to assess, mitigate and resolve risks, issues and changes that may impede progress or performance
  • Conduct data analysis to generate areas of opportunity and focus and identify opportunities for process improvement while developing recommendations for solutions
  • Create simplicity and synergy across the teams for a unified approach and representative of a high performing team
  • Manage governance and reporting activities in line with management activity deadlines
  • Operate with a keen process/function, data/reporting and project discipline being mindful of audiences and artifacts to convey the most efficient messaging
  • Manage multiple competing priorities and deliver on tight timelines, while ensuring all engaged teams are also delivering on-time
  • Interpret and cascade critical program information to team members to maintain alignment with the broader enterprise
  • Anticipate needs of the business and pro-actively develop plans to deliver
The ideal candidate has:
  • Built relationships across teams and influenced senior- and junior-level colleagues outside of reporting relationships
  • Key contributor/lead on coordinated change and operational activities at a large organization or institution with a focus on process efficiency and/or adoption
  • Managed complex projects with multiple high-level stakeholders who have competing interests and viewpoints
  • Excellent awareness of executive presence, and written and verbal communications skills
  • The ability to effectively deliver in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency with project management programs
  • Strong data management and analysis skills
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience at a large organization

5+ years of project management experience

5+ years of proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and other collaboration toolsPreferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field required or equivalent years of related experience.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $199,144.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
