- Review medical records and other critical member documents with PHI and PII and redact and/or anonymize the documents so that they can be used for AI model training. This task will be completed by using tools and/or manually.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams
- Perform thorough testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase.
- Develops product requirements and/or documentation related to their team's features
- Works independently and applies discretion to key tasks.

- Experience with Healthcare data

- Batchelor's or Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$64,890.00 - $129,780.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
