The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Data has a key position in leading all Data Modernization initiatives across Supply Chain and owning the overall Supply Chain DDAT capital portfolio and budget. This role requires broad experience across Supply Chain business functions, significant knowledge of data strategy and technologies, and the ability to work cross-functionally across Supply Chain, DDAT partner teams, and external vendor teams.The scope of work includes data ingestion, self-service, activation, and governance activities serving all teams across the business. The Senior Manager will lead and support business teams' day-to-day data needs, build product requirements, scale self-service analytics, and drive implementation and adoption of the long term data strategy and roadmap. In addition, this role is responsible for annual capital budgeting, prioritization, and serves as owner and steward of the significant capital investment that goes towards analytics and technology (IT) key initiatives each year. The Senior Manager will impact the quality of the business by leading and supporting various business teams in meeting or exceeding specific goals. To be successful, this individual must be able to directly manage others, be a self-starter, and hold themselves accountable for finding and solving strategic business problems, establishing and executing on a roadmap, and acting as a good steward of capital funding. They must also be able to go hands-on when needed to support value delivery.Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience with Supply Chain data, business, strategy, and processes.
  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise data and cloud strategies and principles.
  • 1+ year of experience with finance and accounting principles and best practices.
  • 6+ years of general SQL experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with big data/cloud platform technologies including Snowflake, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience with BI tools including ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, and Tableau.
  • Experience with MS Office, Cognos, and other legacy enterprise tools.
  • Experience with (Agile) project management tools and processes a plus including Rally, Jira, Miro.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communications, both interpersonal and written.
  • Leadership and delivering results; adapt at growth mind set skills.
  • Ability to self-start and able to work both as a hands-on contributor and as a leader of the team while building effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to influence without authority, achieve buy-in, and deliver against targets/deadlines.
  • Lead multiple key value-driving initiatives with strong business acumen and technical communication skills.
  • Identify and bring clarity to business problems, problem solve, and find creative solutions by leveraging people, process, and data all together .
  • Collaborate with varying levels of leadership across a business teams and units including, but not limited to: Supply Chain Executive Leadership, Inventory Management, Transportation & Omnichannel, DC Leaders, Technology/IT, A&BC, SC and IT PMO, Finance, etc.
  • Perform with regular and predictable attendance; perform and complete tasks independently; up to 10-20% travel as needed; any additional tasks as directed by manager.
  • Master's degree.

Required Bachelor's degreePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
