- 3 years of experience in management consulting, client success, or business development within the healthcare, insurance, or supplemental benefits industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level clients with relationship complexity, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Executive presence with the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Experience negotiating complex legal agreements and navigating legal frameworks.
- Problem solver who thrives in high-stakes situations and can drive resolutions with urgency and precision.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making.
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
