This Senior Manager role will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects as it relates to the Medicare Part D. This role will partner with business owners cross-functionally to drive member experience enhancements and improved organizational effectiveness.What you will do:

- Lead projects and programs designed to support the organization's Part D Star Rating goals and improvement strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Enterprise regarding organization's goals and objectives
- Conduct research and data analyses for the improvement of the Part D member experience
- Develop reports on member insights, project statuses and recommendations for senior management and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Evaluate performance through regular, timely feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional projects
- 2+ years of work in managed care
- 3+ years of Medicare experience
- 2+ years of Project or Program Management experience
- Experience in leading cross functional teams
- Proficiency in PowerPoint development
- Proficiency in the use of Excel for data analysis
- Medicare, specifically Part D experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
