The UM Automation team manages the implementation of strategic initiatives for the UM Clinical Services organization. These initiatives leverage technical capabilities such as artificial intelligence, rules engines, and predictive analytics to automate UM transactions, enhance workflow efficiencies, and improve experiences for providers and members.This role is for a Scaled Agile Product Owner within the team. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing multiple features from conception through delivery. They will collaborate with the business to understand feature objectives, as well as with architecture and IT teams to break down features into user stories and acceptance criteria. This will involve creating detailed requirements documentation, including business process flows and outcome diagrams.The Product Owner will be accountable for managing the team's backlog, preparing and executing PI (Program Increment) planning, refining user stories, defining the "definition of done," attending team demos, providing demos to stakeholders, accepting stories, and participating in team retrospectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing regular governance updates to keep program management informed of progress and any issues.

Required Qualifications

Strong Experience as a Product Owner in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) Environment

Technical Proficiency in Automation Technologies

Strong Requirements Gathering and Documentation Skills

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication

Project and Backlog Management SkillsPreferred Qualifications
Technical education with experience in driving business projects; Healthcare domain knowledge; business process mapping

Education

BS/BA or equivalent experience and 8-10 years of experience related to standards & measurements, technology, systems and processes, including project consultation preferred.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $199,144.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
