Position Summary Aetna is hiring an individual contributor Commercial Product manager. Commercial products offer new benefits and services to members related to affordability, primary care, behavioral health and more. The Sr Manager contributes to the product portfolio, builds, and operationalizes new products by working cross-functionally with commercial insurance stakeholders. Provides expertise and thought leadership, contributing to strategic planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. Drives innovation, evaluates performance, and ensures regulatory compliance, playing a pivotal role in guiding the organization's growth and success.The Senior Manager role within the commercial product innovation team is a unique opportunity to drive healthcare change. This role is part of Aetna's Commercial (Employer-sponsored) insurance business.The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing existing products and leading the build of new products. Examples of products are innovative plan designs, and new vendor-driven programs, related to affordability and behavioral health.

- Develops product requirements and roadmaps and incorporates feedback from customers and members into the product strategy.
- Plans and outlines decommissioning of underperforming products or features with a proactive communication plan inclusive of customer impact and potential alternatives.
- Manages development projects in accordance with timelines, budgets, and company objectives.
- Identifies and documents technical risks and assumptions in plans and recommends contingency plans.
- Develops a long-term vision and strategy for the company products, communicating new strategies with relevant stakeholders to effectively disseminate project plans.
- Acts as a subject matter expert within the Product Management and Development department and for sales teams, utilizing functional and working knowledge to complete complex operations in the department.

-Strong stakeholder management skills to interface with internal partners from departments such as legal, actuarial, sales, analytics

• Minimum 5 years+ work experience in product strategy, management, delivery, or commercial business operations.

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $199,144.80
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
