The Senior Manager - Cloud Migration will be responsible for delivering large complex programs related to software, Hardware/Infrastructure/Cloud migration/Data centers/Saas /enterprise CRM Implementation. The Senior Manager will be an internal leader to drive innovation and would be exposed to delivery of Cutting-edge AI technology. This role will be responsible for managing program & portfolio risk, roadmap delivery, and sprint planning, and will work seamlessly on organization goals--including presentation to Executive & C-Suite leadership. This person will act as trusted advisor, translating complex risk landscapes into actionable insights and decision making and partner with CVS/Aetna leaders across Retail, PBM, Aetna Insurance, domains to re-engineer end to end processes. The Senior Manager will manage a portfolio budget spanning Business & IT operations, that includes annual planning, resource capacity, and roadmaps. The Senior Manager will primarily orchestrate migration of complex large applications at a given time, involving sensitive data center consolidation, and ensure adherence to Health care mandates (PII, SOX, PCI, PHI).

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Portfolio/Technical program management experience in healthcare
  • 7+ years of experience in executing complex projects that includes Software application, SaaS, Infrastructure and cloud migration.
  • 7+ years of experience in leading, cross functional teams of Sr advisors, project managers, mentor, coach and groom them for next level.
  • Expertise building roadmaps and dashboards in PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 + years' experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks
  • GCP and Teradata experience is a plus
  • CSM Certificate a plus
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, IT systems, Networks, Applications is a plus.
  • Should be comfortable presenting delivery roadmap and strategic alignment with C-suite & Executive leadership,
  • Worked on data driven strategy projects, help in decision making and identify untapped opportunities for product innovation.
  • Worked on compliance, regulatory mandate projects that involves (PHI, PII, SOX, PCI).
  • Should possess, CSM, CSPO certification.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master's degree a plus

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
