And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryAs a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for helping deliver complete and comprehensive results for a wide range of issues to support Sales enablement and ensure consistent operation. The Sales Operations Analyst will also support cases as they pertain to Salesforce and other business tools including iTools and RxNavigator to support the business needs of our Clients, Sales, and Account Managers. As part of the Sales Operations and Enablement Team, you will act as a liaison between technology teams and business partners while managing development requests and delivering high quality service to internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for educating and training Account Managers on use of Salesforce and its functionality.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, help desk operations or systems development
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research and testing
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool and MicroStrategy or similar business intelligence toolPreferred Qualifications
• Previous help desk, MicroStrategy and PBM experience
• Experience working with a variety of audiences, such as; IT developers, technical staff, sales and account management Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate superior interpersonal, communication, customer relations, trouble shooting, analytics and priority management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis

Bachelor's Degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $40.90This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
