- Conduct onsite visits with provider groups in designated state.
- Deliver gap in care reports and work with provider offices to get members scheduled and gaps closed.
- Provide education and support to provider offices.
- Streamline/ simplify by providing direct communication between providers and Quality.
- Providers will have direct access to speaking with experts with ability to explain details of performance measures, and their current performance rates, as well as provide resources to improve performance.
- Abstract medical record year around, reduce copy vendor expense associated with HEDIS.

- Must reside in Eastern Region Oklahoma Counties Include: T ulsa, Mayes, Rogers, Washington, Nowata, Craig, Ottawa, and Delaware
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST
- 3+ years' experience in healthcare or managed care or quality management
- 2+ years' experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 50% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.
- Project Management experience
- HEDIS or NCQA experience
- Experience working with members or providers
- Clinical or clinical support experience
- Bachelor's degree
- High School education or GED equivalen t
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $91,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
