- Lead Major Projects - Spearhead complex, multi-faceted implementation projects that drive forward our distribution network strategy and modernization initiatives.
- Project Management Excellence - Utilize your robust project management skills to ensure key initiatives meet project metrics and deliver on time.
- Project Planning and Tracking - Define project scopes, create detailed plans and timelines, and track progress to ensure successful project completion.
- Pilot Administration - Oversee pilots and assess new and enhanced operating models to build strong business cases for implementation.
- Data-Driven Transformation - Support our supply chain transformation by making informed, data-driven decisions and developing compelling business cases.
- Process Optimization - Play a vital role in streamlining and standardizing processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- 3+ years of hands-on supply chain experience
- 1+ years of experience managing projects within a supply chain context
- Willingness to travel nationwide up to 50% of the time
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black or green belt
- PMP certification desired
- Superior relationship building with cross-functional teams to deliver results through excellent partnership, communication and negotiating skills
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and track effective operating metrics necessary to evaluate business case success
- Highly motivated to be self-sufficient and able to operate without close supervision
- Refined communication skills across all levels of organization hierarchy
- Experience applying process improvement methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
