IPP functional area is responsible for enterprise strategy to maintain member preferences, privacy, profile and consents, as well as the development and execution of the roadmap. A key part of this area is to build customer centric services and platform, and underlying products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness.As a Product Owner(PO) working with engineering teams and third parties, you will help manage and grow our IT Delivery support and ecosystem.Partner with other product owners, agile teams and Product Managers to mature the offering and ensure it exceeds the expectations of our customers and users.

- 5+ years of experience in product development within HealthCare Domain (ideally using agile development methods)
- 5+ years of experience as product owner and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment
- 5+ years of product owner including managing business requirements, sprint and PI demos, helping Product Manager with PI Planning and prioritization of features, PI readouts
- 2+ years of experience in managing Products under Individual Member Preferences, Profile, Privacy and Consent domain
- 2+ years of experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience and the ability to communicate with all levels especially leadership team
- Healthcare experience
- Individual Member Preferences, Profile, Privacy and Consent Management
- Experience managing significant product initiatives
- Strong product management skills, strong technical knowledge of products and systems
- Demonstrated ability to work closely on technical solutions for services across architecture, design and engineering
- Ability to break down technical problems into business and user needs, and communicate the problems and solutions across varying levels of stakeholder, technical to domain leadership
- Strong Verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to diverse audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
- Experience in fostering a positive team atmosphere and contributing to a cohesive work -environment

The typical pay range for this role is:$111,240.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
