This role resides within the Pricing department under CVS Front Store Merchandising and supports all aspects of Pricing Operations. Reporting to Sr. Manager, Pricing, the person in this role will collaborate closely with other members in Pricing as well as with other teams such as Category Management, MDM, DSD, Store Operations, Marketing, Information Technology, Promotion and Inventory. This person will provide hands-on support in managing retail pricing foundational data and executing cost and retail changes that support the evolving pricing strategies as well as appropriately respond to outside team requests. This person will work cross-functionally to support processes that ensure operational efficiency and flawless execution. Ability to support business partners, balance competing objectives, perform and manage analytic support, and lead with confidence are critical skill sets for success in this role. - Manage daily price change process for the FS Pricing Team
- Oversee all Standard Operation procedures
- Partner with Compliance Manager to ensure team is meeting all requirements including the validation of accuracy and completion for all submissions
- Partner with Pricing Analysts on meeting expectations for operations
- Reporting on team statistics for Store Operations goals in addition to internal metrics for Compliance and SLAs
- Lead the Pricing Analysts in executing the bulk upload tool process while working closely with the developer for enhancements
- Manage the daily price change process for the Navarro team & serve as a liaison with external pricing teams (COE and HI) to ensure proper execution of cost and retail activity
- Play the role of Team Lead for the Pricing coordinators with training, research and standard operation procedures ensuring all transactions are executed with compliance and accuracyRequired Qualifications
- 3 + year of quality assurance, merchandising or retail related experience
- 3+ year of experience with Microsoft ExcelPreferred Qualifications
-5+ years knowledge of Retail Pricing and/or store operations.
-5+ years of experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Access).
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion within deadlines with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Education

Bachelor DegreePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
