GRS is seeking to hire a new Open Enrollment Coordinator within the Strategic Business Initiatives (SBI) Team. This individual will be responsible for:
  • Proactively partnering with internal and external teams (i.e., marketing, account management, digital, print and fulfillment) to deliver an unrivaled open enrollment experience for our retirees.
  • Managing the end-to-end Open Enrollment inventory and delivery process.
  • Tracking and reporting open enrollment fulfillment and kit activity.
  • Processing fulfillment/enrollment kit orders.
  • Collaborating with teammates and business partners to drive process improvements and implementing new ideas that support optimal member experience and improve overall team efficiency.
  • Additional cross-functional duties as needed to ensure departmental and business unit goals are met.
This individual is a critical member of the GRS Strategic Business Initiatives team and is integral in delivering on our commitment to offer seamless experiences for our members, while delivering outstanding performance results during OE periods.

They will be responsible for driving OE initiatives that support / enhance our overall business and performance goals. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter who is interested in joining a growing segment and possesses an enterprise mindset.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of managing projects and initiatives.
  • 10+ years of total business experience.
  • Excel, QuickBase and other Microsoft Office tools/products experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solver and independent thinker, with track record of meeting key business objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during busy/peak volume periods.
  • Must be able to lift ~25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering health fairs and other open enrollment events.
  • Experienced in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience managing open enrollment support processes.
  • Established track record of effectively managing multiple priorities during busy periods.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
