This role is responsible for overseeing the coordination and assisting in the operations of UKG Enterprise Learning and Talent programs. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Talent Development and will partner with our extended global Talent team (i.e. Learning L&D consultants, Learning Experience Designers and Talent Development consultants).

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our talent initiatives by ensuring that learning materials are current and accessible, streamlining event coordination, and optimizing workflows. Your analysis of key metrics will provide valuable insights for continuous improvement, while your collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendor management will align our learning strategies with broader organizational goals, driving the success of our talent development efforts.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Learning event support: Coordinate learning events: send invites, work with AV team, prepare materials, organize venues, hold prep call, and ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Content management support: Assist with content curation, ensuring all learning materials are up-to-date and accessible in our LMS, support learning campaigns, assist with our newsletter, facilitate content translation, create course description, and upload recordings.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner and work closely within the talent teams and across other functional learning organizations to ensure alignment on learning initiatives, calendars metrics, and resources.
• Administrative oversight: Efficiently manage the daily administrative operations and process, including managing our talent inbox, people assist support inquiries, learning calendars, and LinkedIn Learning user maintenance.
• Project management support: Assist the Talent organization in executing key initiatives including leadership programs, learning journeys, learning burst, and performance management.
• Process optimization: Define, document and optimize learning workflows and processes. Including enhancing our program tracker experience.
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration: Assist in tracking participant enrollment, progress, and completion of learning modules; generate reports and provide insights to optimize program efficiency.
• Reporting and analytics: Utilize data and dashboards to analyze program impact with key metrics, meet deadlines, and work with the People Analytics team to measure success and identify improvements.
• Budget and contract support: Provide budget tracking and support vendor contracts, purchase orders, account receivable and working with Finance on invoice needs.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in human resources, education, or business-related field.
• 3+ years of previous experience in a coordinator, program management, business experience role with large scale organization experience, with global complexity.
• Experience with LMS and Learning Technology platforms, including AI and Cornerstone preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, problem solving, and decision making.
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration to support the enterprise talent portfolio.
• Proven success in assisting with driving projects to completion and meeting key deadlines.
• Critical thinking, creativity, and independent judgment skills
• Aptitude to stay current with industry knowledge and how UKG is positioning itself for future growth.
• Understanding of Microsoft suite, Smartsheets, Articulate Rise, Monday.com

The pay range for this position is $78,000 to $113,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
