Onsite Account Manager at Lakeland, Florida client to manage the employee benefit plan, account set-up, plan sponsor reporting and operations support for the client.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides proactive account management, development of strong relationships by supporting the Account Manager/Account Director for existing customer.
  • Identifies client specific service issues, proposes solutions, and may lead resolution of issues working with other areas.
  • Provides client and members with Aetna policy, plan design and benefit changes and network updates including analysis of impact.
  • Collaborates with account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives; May support plan administration activities, including open enrollment, wellness programs and initiatives; Assists in program training and member engagement and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrating Service Discipline
- Must report onsite to client location(s)
- Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, Teams, Excel, etc.
- Supports a positive team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Presentation and/or teaching skills

Health Insurance license and/or background

Bachelor's Degree preferredEducation - High School Diploma or GEDPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
