What you will do

• Under general direction, leads the planning and execution of large scale transformation and organizational projects, ensuring consistent alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Understands, reviews and analyzes data sets to support key decision-making

• Supports strategic planning and prioritization efforts of the portfolio

• Develops executive level presentation materials for senior leadership

• Develops project plans and team member assignments, defines specific deliverables and deadlines, and establishes project milestones for the organization.

• Supports identification of key business opportunities through performance and data reports

• Develops change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption.

• Identifies project risks and issues, develops risk mitigation strategies, and establishes contingency plans.

• Demonstrates data analysis proficiency and analytics acumen

• Prepares and delivers executive reporting, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Directs individuals to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail. For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

• 5-7 years work experience

• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

• Adept at collaboration and teamwork

• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Education • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Equivalent Experience

• High School Diploma Or General Equivalent Development (GED)Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
