This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores. This position is instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies.You will identify complex problems and implement solutions driving strategic changes across the category of responsibility, as well as support larger business unit/front store challenges outside their assigned category.

You will leverage strong prioritization skills to proactively anticipate the market and take calculated, well supported risks to grow CVS/category market share while balancing P&L financial impacts. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience using design methodologies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
- Previous experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
- 3+ years' experience analyzing and synthesizing data and successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
- Proven experience managing multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
- Proven record building fast, credible relationships with leaders, peers and clients
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data, identify problems, and make effective decisions
- Previous experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook
- Travel - up to 20% travel may be required, based on needs of the business
- Certified Professional Merchandiser (CPM) preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
