Job Purpose & Summary: As the Pharmacy Services (PS) - FP&A Manager, you will be part of the DDAT FP&A team supporting the financials of PS DDAT. Provides leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions, coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial plan, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment.As a Manager, you will also:
  • Develop and execute the annual financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting process, working closely with key stakeholders to establish financial targets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Oversees the analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and risk analysis by providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data and trends.
  • Conducts scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and help guide strategic decisions.
  • Creates sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term financial planning.
  • Analyzes the financial performance of business units, product lines, or projects, identifying areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Establishes financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Creates budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ad-hoc projects as requested
This a remote role that can be done anywhere in the USRequired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a matrix organization spanning technical, leadership and project management disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Corporate Finance FP&A role
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience with spreadsheets, large data sets, databases, and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Corporate IT or Digital finance experience
  • Must have the ability and flexibility to multi-task.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Experience with Clarity PM, Anaplan, Apptio, SAP Business Intelligence: S/4HANA, and Analysis for Excel
  • Experience performing financial modeling and/or project trend analysis
  • Experience working in Finance for a large public company
  • Independent worker who can take direction and multitask under tight deadlines
  • Experience working closely with senior management and executive level leadership
  • MBA is preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
