CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a candidate with a combination of strong technical and finance skills. The ideal candidate is able to successfully complete projects/tasks assuming different roles; as an Application/Database Developer (SQLServer), QA (SAP/PaPM) and Business Analyst (meeting with stakeholders and creating User Stories in Rally). This candidate would have a strong technical background with experience in data modeling, SAP-PaPM, database object creation in SQLServer, SSIS, SQL coding and Production Support. The position will enable the success of the PBM Finance business partners with technology designs, implementations and support. The candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable in a dynamic team environment with experienced business and technical peers. The candidate must be able to coordinate work seamlessly with the team and in coordination with the PBM Finance Business partners and SAP IT teams to produce the best possible end-user and stakeholder experience and results.Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the finance leaders and subject matter experts they support and assist them in designing and documenting processes
- Create and maintain data models supporting the budget and forecast for all aspects of the PSS business - understanding the relationship between actuals, budget, and underwriting
- Develop a deep understanding of the SAP application suite at CVS Health and the integration of these tools with other systems within the finance organization
- Assist in optimization of current tools considering the large volumes of data within the organization
- Plan, develop, and generate the most efficient connections between systems eliminating as much duplication as possible
- Improving the quality and accuracy of imperfect data to produce superior results, solutions, and analysis
- Take ownership of all products supported within the organization while working with business partners and IT teams to resolve complex business challenges
- Drive agile solutions keeping the team focused on the end goals but adapting as business needs change
- 5 or more years working in a finance organization and/or in an IT position supporting a finance organization
- 7 or more years of technical experience
- 5 or more years developing and tuning data models with extremely large amounts of data
- Strong Troubleshooting/Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to Adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate with other teams
- Knowledge/Experience in database architecture and modeling
- SAP PaPM model building and design
- Experience in various modern database technologies
- Knowledge in automation tools like process chains and ETL processes
- Experience in complex system ecosystems with various data sources

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
