- Research and develop understanding of market considerations and opportunities, including approaches of competitors, customer segments, and sales insights to support successful commercialization.
- Implement methodologies and processes for identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities specific to VBS and its suite of services.
- Partner with Enterprise Strategy, Sales, and Product to develop go-to-market approach and effective marketing strategies that drive customer demand and enable sales success.
- Design differentiated, impactful, and polished content to promote VBS, tailored to key external audiences.
- Act as thought partner on contracting strategy across channels and customers, and support contract negotiations.
- Develop comprehensive post-launch customer engagement and communication strategy, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing and executing on comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Successful track record of commercializing healthcare products and services with health plans.
- Subject matter expertise in value-based care within Medicare Advantage populations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through visualization to present complex information in a way that effectively engages and influences internal and external audiences.
- Excellent executive presence and comfortability influencing colleagues and decision makers at various levels of leadership.
- Prior experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Candidate can live anywhere in the United States.
- Health economic, actuarial, or financial modeling skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
