Position Summary
As a Lead Director for CVS Health's Portfolio Delivery team, you will be responsible for helping to create and drive the adherence to the program management standards and principles. You will help drive process improvements for the program and project management team. In addition, you will lead an organization of project managers, maintain relationships with department leadership and other staff organizations (i.e. Client Services, Finance, IT, etc.), Program/Project level Steering Committees and conduct quality reviews for projects.In your role, you will lead and participate in various executive meetings that may include our PBM Senior Leadership Team. You will be at the heart of our culture, nurturing our openness, visibility, and accountability as an enterprise.Responsibilities include:
• Lead employees on project delivery methodology, project management professional practices and standard tools
• Leading and developing direct employees
• Interfacing and communicating directly with Senior Leaders from all different areas of the company
• Leading program work where neededTo be a candidate you will possess the following skills:

• 8 + years of experience with project and program delivery management
• 8 + years of proven leadership either directly leading a team or informally leading a team through project, program or change managementPreferred Qualifications:
• Healthcare background
• PBM industry knowledge
• Project Management Professional accreditation
• Proven leadership, project management and business analysis skills with experience in all project life-cycle stages
• Experience in utilizing project delivery methodology with supporting management practices like risk, change, scope, time, and quality
• Experience in business environments and proficient in project management tools and such as MS Project, Microsoft Office 365, and VisioEducation:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; may consider comparable work experiencePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
